Salary: 95,000 - 105,000 based on experience
What You'll Be Doing
As a CAM Programmer, you will spend approximately 65-70% of your time programming and creating toolpaths using Mastercam software. Additionally, you'll play a critical role on the shop floor, working closely with operators to prove out programs and ensure seamless production.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in Mastercam: Leverage your expertise in Mastercam, backed by 5+ years of hands-on experience, to create precise and efficient toolpaths.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with machine operators and other team members to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Shop Floor Involvement: Translate programming efforts into practical, proven programs by engaging directly on the shop floor.
