Enterprise Sales Director
The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for growing the company's presence across the country. The Director will have experience in data center and enterprise sales specifically within NAND storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement end‑to‑end sales strategies, including revenue targets, pricing models, and go‑to‑market execution, to accelerate growth and expand market share.
- Drive new business development by identifying opportunities, building strategic customer and partner relationships, and negotiating partnerships and alliances.
- Build and maintain trusted, long‑term relationships with key customers by aligning product roadmaps, engaging senior decision‑makers, and ensuring consistent delivery of value.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to continuously adapt sales approaches and guide product strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Sales Management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Proven success in sales and business development within the NAND memory and storage industry, particularly enterprise and data‑center SSD controllers.
- Strong technical and market understanding of NAND, storage systems, semiconductor technologies, and industry trends.
- Experience leading sales and business development organizations at the senior or executive level.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong results orientation and revenue focus.
- Proven ability to work effectively across marketing, engineering, business development, and global sales functions.
