A leading global food brand within the consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a proactive and analytical National Sales Representative to join its growing team. This role will support and manage assigned cross‑channel National Accounts and serve as a primary point of contact on behalf of the organization. The position is responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, annual planning, data analysis, and the execution of customer-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive volume and revenue growth within assigned National Accounts through fact-based selling and data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and execute account-specific growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives and profitability targets.
- Analyze customer and channel trends to identify performance gaps and incremental growth opportunities.
- Conduct detailed sales reporting and performance analysis to inform strategy and recommendations.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, forecasting cycles, and annual planning processes.
- Execute core account management activities, including:
- Customer agreements and contract support
- New item setup and ongoing item maintenance
- Promotional planning and execution
- Assortment optimization and product recommendations
- Track performance of trade and marketing initiatives and recommend strategic pricing actions when appropriate.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, insights, and recap reports to internal leadership.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while proactively identifying new opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and events as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
