The Creative Director will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and execution of brand-right creative across all channels including digital, social, in-store, and traditional media.
- Driving the creative vision and strategy to elevate brand perception and customer engagement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Managing and mentoring a team of designers, copywriters, and art directors.
- Overseeing agency relationships and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Ensuring all creative output meets business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
The Creative Director should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns and brand development.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Experience with digital-first creative strategies and performance-driven design.
