Job Summary:
The Division Vice President, Business Manager helps lead the strategic and operational direction of the fluid analysis equipment division. This role is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and innovation across product lines, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The position oversees cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service to deliver high-performance solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute divisional business strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
- Lead P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting for the division.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including R&D, commercialization, and portfolio optimization.
- Foster strong customer relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure operational excellence and supply chain efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams and promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in fluid analysis or instrumentation.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in global markets and managing cross-functional teams.
