About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Ecommerce Director to lead and scale our digital commerce strategy across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader from the fashion or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment. You will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing digital customer experience, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional ecommerce strategy aligned with global brand objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Lead P&L management for ecommerce across APAC, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
  • Oversee digital marketing, CRM, performance media, and marketplace strategies to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless online operations and inventory management.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team across multiple markets.
  • Drive innovation in digital experience, personalization, and omnichannel integration.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of ecommerce experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within fashion or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce businesses in diverse APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, UX/UI, and ecommerce platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages is a plus.
