Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des integrierten HSE‑Produktionsmanagements, besonders in Logistik & Schwertransport.
- Unterstützung bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Unterweisungen, Betriebsanweisungen.
- Durchführung von Werksbegehungen (u. a. Gemba Walks), Sicherheitsrundgängen & Audits.
- Arbeit mit HSE‑Kennzahlen und Incident‑Management‑Tools.
- Aktive Mitarbeit in einem motivierten HSE‑Team zur Verbesserung der Logistik‑ und Transportprozesse.
Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit operativer Erfahrung.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Gefahrgutbereich.
- Sicheres Englisch für technische/fachliche Diskussionen.
- Interesse an verhaltensorientiertem Arbeitsschutz.
- Starker Fokus auf Logistik‑ und Transportprozesse.
- Souveräner Umgang mit HSE‑Kennzahlen und Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden.
