Privately held manufacturing and distribution company that designs, produces, and supplies residential and commercial building products through a national network.

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of HR, supporting strategic initiatives, longrange planning, and departmentwide priorities
  • Own the design, execution, and governance of HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business priorities
  • Lead employee relations strategy, including performance management, succession planning, and broader talent management efforts
  • Oversee compensation programs and policy development while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Partner with HR leadership supporting Manufacturing and Field Operations to drive consistency, efficiency, and highquality service delivery
  • Leverage HR metrics and reporting to deliver insights that inform leadership decisions
  • Serve as the point of contact for EEO matters and ensure compliance with OSHA, ERISA, FLSA, and related employment laws

The Human Resources Director should have the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations, policy development, and compensation
  • Proven experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms; SuccessFactors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
