Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of Maintenance Supervisors and 10-15 technicians, driving operational excellence, safety, and reliability across the plant. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and direct interaction with the General Manager.
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Proven success managing capital projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Strong communication, organizational, and team engagement skills
- Experience developing and training maintenance teams
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and hands-on troubleshooting
- Ability to relocate to Plainfield, CT (relocation support provided)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Lead and develop a team of 3 Maintenance Supervisors and 10-15 technicians
- Execute capital projects and drive infrastructure improvements
- Ensure safety standards and compliance across all shifts (including weekend/night visibility)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Build a culture of proactive maintenance and continuous improvement
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules
- Support training initiatives and foster strong team engagement
- Base Salary: $120,000 (flexible)
- Bonus: 15% annual bonus
