Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary

Position Summary
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across various categories, with a focus on food, beverage, supplies, and services. This role will support multi-site operations and collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans across assigned categories.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
- Support new restaurant openings with sourcing and procurement needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in sourcing practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Experience in retail or restaurant industry, preferably supporting multi-site operations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
