A global industry leader in construction chemicals and building materials is seeking a driven Product Line Manager. This role centers on managing the development and performance of the product line across chemicals like resins, epoxies, and sealants! They will be responsible for planning, product development, and market trend/ analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D to launch new and improved products.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to phase-out.
- Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies for profitability.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Partner with marketing to create impactful campaigns and tools.
- Train and support the sales team with product knowledge.
- Engage with key customers to gather insights and build loyalty.
Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and compliance teams.
- Ensure regulatory standards and certifications are met.
- Align product goals with broader business objectives

Qualifications
- Proven external sales experience in a relevant industry; (construction chemicals, building materials, chemicals)
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
