Production Manager

We're looking for a Production Manager to lead operations and help drive efficiency and excellence on the shop floor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure production schedules are met and customer orders are shipped on time
- Maintain shift-to-shift continuity and clear communication across teams
- Enforce safety rules, plant policies, and labor agreements
- Drive improvements in labor efficiency, productivity, cost, scrap reduction, and safety
- Monitor production capacity and adjust staffing and overtime as needed
- Manage inventory levels of finished goods, work-in-progress, and raw materials
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of finished goods
- Collaborate with internal departments including purchasing, HR, and accounting
- Support environmental compliance and suggest improvements to environmental systems
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on supervision and production planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with labor relations and environmental management systems is a plus
