Role Highlights
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in close collaboration with Category Managers and operational leads.

Ideal Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience (5-7 years), with at least 5 years in procurement, category management, or sourcing.
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization techniques.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities across various operational levels, including Plant Managers and Regional Leaders.
- Comprehensive project management and organizational skills to track and report KPIs and results effectively.
