Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and development to the Quality team, aligning with strategic goals.
- Oversee, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards such as AS9100 and FAA certifications.
- Manage internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits.
- Monitor and improve quality performance indicators.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Supervise inspection activities across all production stages.
- Maintain and optimize quality inspection equipment and calibration processes.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Quality Assurance Expertise: Extensive experience with aerospace quality systems, including AS9100 and FAA PMA/Repair Station standards.
- Leadership: Proven success in managing and developing technical teams in manufacturing settings.
- Process Improvement: Expertise in driving operational enhancements, including process improvement and change management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, root cause analysis, and strategic planning acumen.
