Regional Sales Manager
About the Role
USA Shade is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead outbound sales efforts in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale region. This role focuses on generating new business within the construction environment by partnering with builders, HOAs, contractors, municipalities, and landscape architecture firms to secure large‑scale shade structure projects. Candidates must have 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within construction, and strong skills in prospecting, identifying decision makers, and navigating long sales cycles. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound sales across the Miami territory
- Identify and engage decision makers in construction‑focused organizations
- Drive long sales cycles and build relationships with builders and municipal partners
- Spend 3 days per week in the field visiting businesses and 2 days working remotely
- Attend trade shows and events (~15% travel)
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a $75,000-$90,000 base salary, plus a $350 monthly car stipend, mileage reimbursement, and a company credit card covering fuel expenses. Annual incentive opportunities are tied to longer construction‑related sales cycles.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must be Miami‑based, have strong local market knowledge, and pass a background and drug screen. The position is fully remote but collaborates closely with the Dallas headquarters.
