Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) and Vistex Grower Management operations to ensure production stability and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to translate business objectives into innovative, effective solution designs.
- Spearhead design and configuration strategies while driving seamless integration across platforms.
- Mentor and provide oversight for teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Enhance reliability and efficiency of procurement and inventory processes through automation and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and security standards throughout project lifecycles.
Essential Skills
- SAP MM Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Functional Lead or Consultant, with a deep understanding of procurement, contracting, and inventory management processes.
- Business Process Insight: Mastery in sourcing-to-pay workflows and their integration.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SAP Fiori elements, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP RISE.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting capability and a commitment to continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborative Approach: Strong communication skills with the ability to work in Agile and SAFe methodologies.
