Senior Night Warehouse Manager
- Lead warehouse safety, service, and cost performance, promoting a safety-first culture through training, procedures, and daily practices.
- Coach and develop Warehouse Managers and associates, driving engagement, performance, and alignment with company values.
- Build high-performing teams by managing staffing, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions to meet productivity and safety goals.
- Streamline operations by improving workflows, reducing waste, and ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and outbound processes.
- Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining food safety standards, facility conditions, and OSHA requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues, enhance accuracy, and meet customer expectations.
- 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and regulatory standards (OSHA, HACCP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS and inventory systems.
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data to drive performance and improvements.
