Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will own the commercial strategy and execution for wholesale, franchise, and distribution channels across key APAC markets. You will manage regional accounts, unlock new market opportunities, and collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of lifestyle and sportswear markets, and a proven track record managing partners across Asia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow wholesale, franchisee, and distributor channels across APAC, delivering on revenue targets and profitability goals
  • Build and manage strong relationships with regional partners, ensuring alignment on brand direction, seasonal strategies, and commercial objectives
  • Oversee annual and seasonal sales planning, assortment building, and sell‑in presentations
  • Drive new market entry and support partner onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to shape channel strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Supply Chain-to optimise product launches, pricing, inventory flow, and brand visibility
  • Monitor partner compliance to brand standards, retail execution, and operational requirements
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms, distribution agreements, and channel policies
  • Support regional events such as trade shows, showroom presentations, and partner reviews
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasts to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7-10+ years of sales or commercial experience in lifestyle, sportswear, footwear, apparel, or consumer brands
  • Proven success managing wholesale, franchisee, or distribution partners across APAC
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, channel economics, and brand positioning
  • Experience with market expansion, new account development, and strategic negotiations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong planning and forecasting capabilities
  • Ability to travel across the APAC region as required
  • Fluent in English and Chinese is required
