As part of its continued investment in data-driven decision-making and digital transformation, the company is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business reporting, analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, merchandising, inventory planning, allocation, retail operations, or commercial support who is looking to develop a long-term career in business intelligence and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for management review.
- Assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and risks across sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Support stakeholders in gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
- Collaborate with teams across merchandising, planning, supply chain, retail operations, finance, and IT.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, databases, and dashboard solutions.
- Participate in system enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support UAT and implementation of new reporting or business systems.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Reporting, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandising, Retail Operations, or Commercial Analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis functions.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Understanding of retail, e-commerce, inventory management, merchandising, or supply chain operations would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
