Payroll Manager
One of our clients in the plastic manufacturing space is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support payroll functions across the United States.
Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Greater King of Prussia Area (relocation available)
Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in office
Compensation: $115,000-130,000 + bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for union and non-union employees across North America, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
- Lead and support the payroll team while managing payroll data, employee inquiries, and service delivery through ticketing systems.
- Administer and maintain payroll-related systems including Workday, ADP, Kronos/Dimensions, and SAP integrations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, reporting requirements, and audits.
- Drive payroll process improvements, financial controls, reporting, and company vehicle program administration in partnership with HR and Finance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Payroll Processing experience through Workday Payroll
- Experience with union payroll processing
- 2+ years overseeing a payroll team
