Key Experience & Background
- Process Engineer / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Engineer experience (5+ years): Proven track record in engineering roles focused on improving and managing production processes.
- Mechanical Engineering background: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles used within manufacturing and rail-related applications.
- Hands-on manufacturing and production process optimisation: Practical experience analysing, redesigning, and implementing more efficient workflows on the shopfloor.
- Rail industry exposure: Familiarity with rail sector standards, products, or production environments is highly advantageous.
- Process Engineer in Germany / NRW: Experience working within German industrial or manufacturing settings, ideally within North Rhine-Westphalia.
