Our client, a global food & beverage manufacturing organisation supplies raw materials and ingredient solutions to some of the world's largest Food & Beverage brands. The company operates across multiple continents and specialises in food ingredients, serving manufacturers in confectionery, bakery, dairy, beverage, and consumer goods markets.
They are looking for a Project Engineer to manage electrical and automation-related projects within a food manufacturing site. You'll oversee equipment upgrades, maintenance projects, and technical improvements, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and deliver electrical and automation (E&I) projects across the factory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, automation, and control systems.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Overseeing equipment upgrade and maintenance projects from concept through to completion.
- Driving technical improvements to support reliability and performance.
What Were Looking For:
- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or project coordination.
- Experience within food, FMCG, manufacturing, or process industries.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and maintenance practices.
- Fluent in Dutch, with a good level of English.
