About the Opportunity
An innovative, venture-backed consumer hardware company is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the earliest supply chain hires and work directly alongside senior leadership to help scale forecasting, inventory planning, and fulfillment operations.
The company sells physical products across DTC, Amazon, retail, and international channels and is looking for an analytical, hands-on operator who enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own demand forecasting and inventory planning activities across multiple sales channels.
- Monitor inventory health, stock risks, and product availability.
- Develop replenishment recommendations, safety stock strategies, and inventory coverage plans.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PL partners, warehouses, and fulfillment providers.
- Support Amazon inventory planning and marketplace operations.
- Analyze supply chain data and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Track fulfillment performance, lead times, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience teams.
- Help build scalable supply chain processes in a high-growth environment.
What We're Looking For

- Experience working with physical products.
- Strong understanding of:
- Forecasting
- Safety Stock
- Reorder Points
- Inventory Management
- Lead Times
- Replenishment Planning
- Experience supporting 3PLs, fulfillment providers, warehouses, or Amazon FBA operations.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
