Über die Rolle
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen Standort:
- Führung eines Teams von 20-30 FTE
- Steuerung von zwei Area Managern
- Verantwortung für sämtliche operativen Abläufe: Wareneingang, Lagerprozesse, Kommissionierung, Verpackung, Versand
- Aktive Shopfloor-Präsenz: keine reine Office-Rolle
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Tagesgeschäfts
2. Prozesssteuerung & Performance
- Definition, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung von KPIs
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an das Senior Management
- Sicherstellung von HSE-, Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards
3. Kundensteuerung
- Operative Verantwortung für einen zentrale Kunden
- Fokus auf Innovation, Prozessverbesserung und operative Exzellenz
4. Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
- Mitgestaltung eines wachstumsorientierten Standorts
- Aufbau neuer Prozesse, Strukturen und Verbesserungsroutinen
Ihr Profil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in operativer Logistik
- Ausgeprägte Shopfloor-Mentalität: Führung durch Präsenz
- SAP-Erfahrung (Pflicht)
- Starke Prozess- und KPI‑Orientierung, hohe Qualitätsstandards
