Über die Rolle
Für einen etablierten und wachsenden Logistikstandort im südwestdeutschen Raum sucht unser Mandant eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit. Der Standort ist Teil einer größeren Logistikgruppe und bedient Industrie‑, B2B‑ und Konsumgüterkunden.
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Standort und steuern sowohl operative als auch kaufmännische Themen. Der Fokus liegt auf stabilen Prozessen, klarer Führung, Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und wirtschaftlicher Performance.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für einen Logistikstandort mit ca. 100 Mitarbeitenden
- Führung eines kaufmännischen Teams (6-7 Mitarbeitende)
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen und administrativen Organisation
- Verantwortung für Budget, Ergebnis, KPIs und Standortperformance
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Management und internen Schnittstellen
- Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Standards
- Sicherstellung von Compliance, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
