About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and technically fluent Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of high-reliability electronic components used in mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, market insight, and customer engagement and who's ready to shape the future of connectivity in aerospace, defense, and industrial systems.

Product Strategy & Lifecycle

  • Define and evolve product roadmaps aligned with market needs, compliance standards (MIL-Spec, EN), and technical feasibility.
  • Drive readiness across manufacturing, quality, and distribution.
  • Balance innovation with design assurance in high-stakes environments.

Customer & Channel Engagement

  • Represent the product in customer visits, distributor planning sessions, and industry events.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) from OEMs, integrators, and field engineers to inform roadmap and new product introductions.
  • Respond to RFQs and technical inquiries with clarity and speed.
  • Build go-to-market plans tailored to both distributors and key OEMs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate customer needs into actionable product specifications and business cases.
  • Align with engineering, operations, and compliance teams on lead times, manufacturability, and certification.
  • Ensure qualification and regulatory standards are met without compromise.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning.
  • Monitor procurement trends across defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and white space opportunities.
  • Support go/no-go decisions with data-backed business cases.
  • Education: BSEE required; MSEE or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in product management, ideally in electronic components or connector systems.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or mission-critical applications is highly valued.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communicator across technical and commercial teams.
    • Comfortable in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
    • Proficient in PLM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as needed.

This isn't just another product role. You'll be at the heart of a team that builds components that can't afford to fail in aircraft, defense systems, and industrial infrastructure. You'll work with people who care deeply about precision, performance, and purpose.
