Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative promotes our client's products and services to both existing and prospective customers. Operating from the company's office, this team member collaborates with sales and operations to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive growth and enhance satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and manage order entry.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, updating customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand product/service adoption through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service via email, phone, or in-person, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Tradeshows & Events: Attend industry events and tradeshows to generate leads and represent the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and development teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

- Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
