Maintenance Manager
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Food & Beverage manufacturing facility that is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and lead a high‑performing technical team. The maintenance manager will manage mechanical, electrical, and automation systems while supporting overall plant performance and safety.
Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support the maintenance team
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs using CMMS tools
- Manage maintenance activities for plant utilities, equipment, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, automation, and processing issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for equipment, electrical systems, and PLC programs
- Support capital projects, new installations, and system upgrades
- Partner with operations and engineering to improve equipment reliability and process performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and mechanical integrity requirements
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and technical specialists as needed
Maintenance Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD
