Salary: $90,000-$120,000

We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining automation systems that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify Allen Bradley PLC programs for the production plant.
- Lead automation and controls projects, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot control systems and implement solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Manage the controls engineering scope of capital expansion and process improvement.
- Support projects from design through startup, including testing, installation, training, and equipment integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting
- Ability to modify and interpret electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial automation controls.
