DSJ Global is currently partnered with a global leader in manufacturing across multiple industries driving innovation through advanced manufacturing and technology solutions. We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining automation systems that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and modify Allen Bradley PLC programs for the production plant.
  • Lead automation and controls projects, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Troubleshoot control systems and implement solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  • Manage the controls engineering scope of capital expansion and process improvement.
  • Support projects from design through startup, including testing, installation, training, and equipment integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting
  • Ability to modify and interpret electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial automation controls.
