Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness within the electronics manufacturing space. This position is responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes and tools tailored to the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and usability for forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align operations with business goals.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation design.
- Lead initiatives to improve lead-to-order cycle times and customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales forecasts.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within electronics or manufacturing.
