- Define and implement the airport and ground services commercial engagement strategy for Outports ensuring a refreshed strategy is defined annually.
- Conduct global/regional/local market analysis and identify trends that may have positive or negative impacts on the company, develop new strategies to effectively leverage or mitigate these.
- Develop and manage senior relationships with key airports, regulatory authorities, IATA (airport charges and ground handling) and ground handlers.
- Effectively manage key stakeholders at a senior level in ASD, CSD, PLN and outports to drive further efficiencies across the business.
- Manage end to end sourcing strategy and RFQs for outport ground services (passenger/cargo)
