DSJ Global are very excited to partner with a Global Logistics Specialists in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Industries, in their search for a Cell and Gene Therapy Study Manager. Based in Frankfurt, you will be delivering the highest quality service through management of daily operational tasks by ensuring the highest levels of customer service, commercially, quality, and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end shipment process for identified cell & gene therapy shipments to ensure that complete in line with customer's requirements
* Collaborate with third party offices and suppliers to schedule and coordinate shipment solutions
* Create and implement relevant, compliant, cost-effective, and scaleable solutions
* Provide regular, accurate and timely updates on shipment statuses to the customer or consignee
* Provide regular analysis, reports, metrics, and updates to the cell & gene therapy logistics director.
* Take responsibility for managing a team of Cell & Gene Therapy Logistics Specialists based in Germany and the UK - ensuring that the team evolves to support business growth.
* Use your proactive attitude to self-develop in the role by committing to development plans and completing annual reviews along with your team.
Ideal Profile
* Experience within Cold chain or time sensitive multimodal freight forwarding, pharmaceutical industry. A customer focused approach, with experience of successfully managing client & supplier relationships
* Highly self-organized, able to plan and prioritize workload and manage changing priorities to meet strict deadlines
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office
* Ability to multitask
* Able to handle rapidly changing workload
* Demonstrate consistent high attention to detail
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ensuring solutions to issues are seen through
