Seeking a Contract Manager for DSJ Global
Are you an experienced contract manager with expertise in logistics and 3PL? Do you have experience working with German clients? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client, DSJ Global is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a permanent Contract Manager based out of their office in Germany.
Job Summary:
As our new Contract Manager at DSJ global; your primary objective will be managing contracts between multiple entities within Germany's third-party logistics (3PL) sector. You'll liaise closely with internal teams across different departments including sales operations and legal services amongst others to ensure that all contractual obligations are met efficiently while maximising profit margins where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legally binding agreements
- Negotiating terms & conditions
- Coordinating stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate should possess-
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification related to business management/contract law
- Experience dealing directly on behalf of companies operating within the transportation industry would also benefit any potential candidates applying
Skills Required:
The ideal applicant must demonstrate competency throughout both technical skills such as contract drafting/negotiation but equally important soft skills like communication proficiency when interacting externally/internally which include;
- Excellent negotiation capabilities
