MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the S&OP continuous improvement and roll out process within EMEA
- Lead the EMEA Supply Chain strategy, objectives and programs in support of the business road map for a specific business unit
- Accountable for progress reporting (including KPIs) against improvement plans and targets, provide regular and ad-hoc supply chain analysis.
- Accountable for key supply chain initiatives to provide business benefits, devise strategic and tactical plans for the management of materials supply, inventory and costs
- Develop planning processes to deliver the strategic business plan in a cost-effective manner, collaborate between commercial and operations teams to maximize shareholder value from strategy deployment.
- Support the development, integration and deployment of appropriate business systems (e.g. , APO, SAP) and support the implementation in regards to business planning integration
- Lead a large team of Supply Chain managers & specialists through the recruitment, training, development, engagement across the zone, appropriate cross training, succession planning and transferable skills development.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
- Experience in supply chain roles preferably in food businesses or FMCG
- Experience implementing Supply Chain Planning/APS Systems and Processes within an ERP environment, including design and implementation preferred
- Demonstrated success of supply chain and change management in international roles and transformation projects. SAP implementation is a plus
- Worked on cross-functional projects / supply chain re-engineering, track record of successful team working
- Ability to balance and make trade off decisions with regards cost & service
- Ability to think laterally in a pressurized environment
- Fluent English is a must, another European language is a plus
