DSJ Global is currently recruiting for a FSQA Programs Supervisor for our esteemed client, a family-owned company that has been creating delicious food since the 1960s. Known for their leading frozen food brand and popular on-the-go snack, they have become iconic in the food industry. With over 3,500 team members and facilities across the United States, they serve a variety of channels including K-12 Schools, Colleges and Universities, Business and Industry, Convenience Stores, Vending, and Restaurants. Due to growing demand, they are expanding their plant and opening new locations.
Job Function:
As a 1st Shift FSQA Programs Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include overseeing Quality and Food Safety programs, leading internal audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in developing strategies to achieve metrics and goals, as well as promoting a strong food safety culture. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications:
- Previous USDA Experience
- Experience in the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) industry
- BRCGS Audit Experience
- HACCP Certification
- BRCGS V.9 Training Certification
- 2-3 Years of Supervisor Experience in an FSQA Position
- Passion for the FSQA field and commitment to ongoing development
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or Microbiology
Skills:
- Strong background in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry
- Familiarity with Food Retail operations
- Understanding of Food Production processes
