We are currently support our Key Client to look for an exceptional talent who has years experiences in New Product Integration, FE & BE Processes within Semiconductor field.
Role
- Leads the operations' quality function in charge of Wafer Fab Quality, R&D/NPI Quality and Backend Operations Quality. Oversees and proactively participates in strengthening the quality processes, New Product Introduction processes and general quality specifications of the company, and to assure that discipline and compliance by all internal factories, foundries and subcontractors to documented procedures occur to satisfy the Quality Mission and Vision of the Company.
Task:
- Assumes leadership responsibility for overseeing and ensuring the quality performance of internal factories, foundries, OSAT partners, and the R&D team.
- Leads the Customer Quality function, effectively coordinating 8D responses to address all customer-related issues.
- Facilitates and oversees the successful implementation of FMEAs, process control plans, and outgoing checks at internal factories, foundries, OSAT partners, and R&D, aiming to proactively prevent quality excursions.
- Ensures standardization, effectiveness, and compliance with customer requirements across all sites and disciplines by maintaining robust and standardized Quality systems.
- Provides prompt and effective failure analysis (FA) and reliability (Rel) services for die and package level analysis and assessments.
- Collaborates with the HR Department to source, select, and hire competent Quality staff, contributing to building a highly capable team.
- Conducts audits, closely collaborates with, and supports manufacturing sites in enhancing Quality Control systems, processes, procedures, and improvement plans to establish the company's outstanding quality track record and reputation.
- Establishes systems that promote and enforce discipline and rigor in generating PDCA reports such as in-process PPM, customer complaints, FA/Rel PTS, 8D status, qualifications, and audits, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborates with cross-functional managers throughout the organization to achieve the Quality Vision and Mission.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and procedural enhancements based on industry-leading standards.
Requirement:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial degree
- At least 10 years in a managerial role with a proven track record in various Quality disciplines in a multinational manufacturing concern preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Able to lead an effective team, and drive results together
