Position Summary:
A food & beverage manufacturer is looking to hire a new Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the department and work with the management team to ensure maximum output and efficiency as it relates to plant maintenance.
The Maintenance Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all machinery and equipment.
- Supervise and training all employees within the maintenance department.
- Manage maintenance department inventory to ensure an adequate supply of materials and repair parts, minimizing disruptions to production.
- Review reports and work orders, consulting with site leaders to identify and resolve problems, minimizing downtime.
The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a management/supervisory capacity as it relates to maintenance.
- Maintenance experience in food & Bev preferred.
- A well organized, hands on, motivated individual capable of multitasking and managing his or her time in the office and out on the floor.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, conveyance systems, and I.O. control systems is advantageous.
