Process Engineer
Location: McAlester, Oklahoma
A leading telecoms manufacturing company is looking to add a process engineer to their team at their Oklahoma site. This person will assess manufacturing operations and work closely with production to ensure quality, cost, and efficiency and help implement standardized processes in the plant.
What You'll Do
- Drive improvements and optimize operations through utilization of various continuous improvement and lean tools.
- Coordinate lean activities to drive improvements and empower employees to implement and follow standard work and best practices.
- Standardize, maintain, and create work instructions and training guides for the team.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in production manufacturing
- Experince with AutoCAD
- Experince managing CAPEX budget and capital budgets
