They are going through a period of growth and as such created a brand new position in the the Warehouse Team. They are looking for a new Senior Warehouse Leader.
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimise and improve all warehouse processes
- Gemba Walks
- Promote the culture of excellence, propose and implement new initiatives
- Develop the warehouse team by training them in various continuous improvement techniques
- Act as a deputy for the Warehouse Manager in their absence
- Take ownership of the destruction process and contribute to the reduction of expired and slow moving stock
- Point of contact for the NPI and engineering projects
Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in logistics, production or similar
- Proficient with continuous improvement tools such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively
