- Manage the entire Purchasing Department & Warehousing, to process in the planning of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, warehouse logistics/management to adapt production planning, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid production costly delays and lost opportunities
- Ensure effective lines of communication between the PMC and other departments to ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of raw material, parts & components, contracted services in according to company purchasing procedures
- Be responsible for introducing process and COST improvements in the supply chain and identify new/alternative vendors/suppliers without jeopardizing quality and service delivery.
- Leads the purchasing department in executing best practices and measuring performance through company's agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage excellent relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow and fast delivery or services.
- Manage and monitor all purchasing transaction including evaluation, contracting, contract management, legal considerations and payment conditions, contractors, performance evaluation and risk assessment
- Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, quality management, customer relationship management and performance measurement. KPI requirement for vendor to achieve company's objectives.
