DSJ Global are delighted to be partnered with a Global Pharmaceutical Company as they search for their next Head of Supply Planning for their Mammalian division based at their state of the art facility in Valais. This position covers a broad scope of responsibility and offers a clear path of career development.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for holistic supply and production planning, including medium-term capacity outlook
Develop detailed production plans down to the level of finished products on the basis of global S&OP specifications
Play a key role in the S&OP process
Map out productions in SAP in the form of planed and process orders
Be proactive in developing new strategies to combat and anticipate future supply bottlenecks
Continuously think of new measures to improve planning accuracy
Lead and develop your team of MRP Planners and Schedulers
Requirements:
Bachelor or similar degree in Supply Chain or a similar field
CPIM Certificate is advantageous
Strong experience within a GMP environment (Biotech, Pharmaceuticals)
An expert in Supply Chain Planning and a proven team leader
Fluent in English and very good knowledge of German
Good MS Office and SAP (MM & PP)
Highly adaptable with a proactive attitude
